Certifications and Recognitions Charles and Paula both hold the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative ABR. Most recently Charles received the OAR (Ohio Association of Realtors) Sales Achievement Award in 2001-2002-2003. Charles was also recognized locally at the DABR (Dayton Board of Realtors) in 2000-2001-2003 for his sales. For the first half of 2003 Charles is in the top 50 out of 350 for Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors. Charles has won many awards in Sales & Marketing prior to retiring from AT&T. Paula holds a Bachelors of Science in Business from Wright State University with a major in Marketing. She and Charles were recognized as being in the Top 50 Producers in October 2003 out of 350 agents.

We keep current of all transactions in these areas.
Personal We are Xenia natives having been born and raised in the local area. Paula resides in Jamestown at Shawnee Lake and Charles in Xenia. Charles is retired from AT&T where he won numerous awards for his outstanding sales and marketing. Paula previously worked as a Director of Marketing and Business Development at a local financial institutution before partnering with her father in real estate.
